Auditor Associate

At Empower, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As an Associate Auditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct internal audits, including assurance and advisory engagements, to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls.
- Assess the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls in operational audits and the ICOFR program.
- Support the Internal Audit function in developing and implementing data-driven audit methodologies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our business, risks, and processes for engagements.
- Identify emerging issues that may impact the audit plan/engagement(s).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Interest in pursuing CPA or CIA certification.
- Competitive base salary range: $60,000 - $85,025.

- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year.
