Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in trip reservations.
  • Utilize our scheduling software to identify and negotiate the most suitable options for customers in an efficient manner.
  • Collect and verify trip information for curb-to-curb services and reasonable modifications.
  • Schedule trip requests, negotiate requested times when necessary, and resolve ride scheduling conflicts.
  • Make necessary changes to contact information, fare/rider type, and other important field entries.
  • Minimize service disruptions by making scheduling adjustments as needed.
  • Use GPS tracking software to locate vehicles and ensure efficient runs.
  • Review manifests during off-peak phone hours to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Exercise good judgment, patience, and efficiency when negotiating rides with customers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate mapping systems.
