Project Manager - Construction

LHH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage complex, multi-family construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction: Review bid documents to identify constructability issues and scope requirements.
  • Estimating: Participate in the estimating process and lead the team from pre-construction to construction phases.
  • Scheduling: Develop detailed and comprehensive construction schedules.
  • Project Coordination: Efficiently manage and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate various project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least five years of relevant project management experience.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction systems, materials, procurement processes, code compliance, and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities in managing diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Software: Experience with Procore construction management software is an advantage.
  • Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to visit job sites regularly.
