**Job Title:** Sales and Service Manager for Agricultural Dealership



Sinclair Tractor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Manager to lead the sales and service team at our dealership in Sigourney, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Represent the company: Build strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and benefits of our equipment and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Provide quoting and pricing support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate quotes and pricing information to customers.
  • Meet with sales and service teams: Regularly meet with the sales and service teams to discuss sales priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Audit and organize equipment: Ensure that all equipment is secure, displayed correctly, and appealing to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment: Ensure that the sales floor and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and free of clutter.


Requirements:




  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in the agricultural equipment industry
  • Knowledge of agricultural, application, and turf equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in business or agriculture-related field preferred

**Working Conditions & Requirements:**

The Sales and Service Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to the outdoors. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and will be required to travel as needed. The candidate must be able to lift at least 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
