The Order Desk Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales order process. This position is responsible for assisting the Order Desk Supervisor in their duties, which include fulfilling orders, liaising with wholesale sales representatives, and handling inbound and outbound sales representatives' calls related to product orders and shipping arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with wholesale sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inbound and outbound sales representatives' calls related to product orders and shipping arrangements
- Monitor orders and ensure timely completion
- Assist with special projects, such as sales/wholesale tax filing and product registrations
- 1 year of data entry experience
- High school diploma
- Wine industry experience preferred but not necessary
- Logistic experience a plus
- Being bilingual a plus
- Strong MS Office computer skills/Sage experience
- Good math skills (weights, pricing, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Sound problem-solving abilities
