Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at Illinois State University's Student Health Services. As an Extra Help Psychiatrist, you will provide mental health care to college-aged patients, focusing on treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and other conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Treat patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and other mental health conditions
  • Work with college-aged patients, providing individualized care and support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to monitor patient progress
Requirements
  • Illinois Physician license
  • Board certified/eligible in Psychiatry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a part-time Extra Help position, working up to 28 hours per week. You will be based on campus, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
