POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions:
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
    • Engage with customers to deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects our brand values.
    • Utilize effective sales techniques and product knowledge to drive sales.
    • Work towards achieving sales goals across various product categories.
    • Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and collaborative selling strategies.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events and activities.
    • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and in fitting areas.
    • Stay informed about current promotions and store initiatives.
    • Manage multiple customer interactions and tasks efficiently.
  • STORE OPERATIONS
    • Collaborate with management to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
    • Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
    • Complete maintenance checklists to uphold store organization and cleanliness.
    • Contribute to loss prevention efforts and adhere to safety protocols.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
    • Take initiative in personal training and growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to perform tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and bending for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with standard retail tools and equipment.
  • Proficient in operating a computerized point-of-sale system.
  • Capability to handle store banking responsibilities and respond to security alerts as necessary.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate an 8-foot ladder.
