About the Role

Care Options for Kids is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of providing best-in-class pediatric therapy, nursing, and school-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs and RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our pediatric services
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with management and hiring teams
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with management to identify personnel needs and develop job specifications
  • Attract qualified applicants by writing and placing effective job ads in various media
  • Develop and drive programs and processes to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar role, including contacting candidates, interviewing, leading full cycle recruiting, or extending offers
  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Competitive salary range of $30,000 - $32,500 with potential bonus
