  • Equip students with essential skills for the workplace and training environments, fostering a safe and encouraging atmosphere that promotes professional growth.
  • Maintain effective communication and support across schools, providing timely guidance to educational leaders, instructors, and career advisors.
  • Design and implement professional development tools to enhance the success of the Head Start initiative, offering support to educators and industry partners.
  • Engage with the broader school community, government agencies, and service providers to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications
