Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team at California Closets. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing custom-designed residential storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install custom storage systems, including closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Utilize company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
  • Assemble and install systems of varying complexity, working independently or with team members as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during in-home installations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
  • Responsible for driving to and from customer sites, operating company-provided vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with common hand and power tools.
  • Trade or vocational school experience desirable.
  • Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
