Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the dishwashing area well-stocked, tidy, and organized.
  • Regularly empty and clean the dish machine, ensuring all areas are sanitized and restocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as required.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling throughout the shift.
  • Restock necessary supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff for food preparation and cleaning tasks.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Working Environment:

  • Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly.
  • Full mobility is required throughout the shift.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen and storage areas.
