In this role, you will be accountable for managing all financial operations related to our property management portfolio, which encompasses budgeting, financial reporting, rent collection, and in-depth financial analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining precise financial records and documentation.
  • Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing property expenditures.
  • Conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with property managers to ensure timely collection of rents and receivables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi or MRI, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and practices specific to real estate accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA designation or an equivalent certification is preferred.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $70,000, which is determined based on various factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
