Job Description

Braxton-Grant Technologies, Inc. (BGCyberTech) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network architectures to protect against cyber threats
  • Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the organization's security posture remains strong

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in network security, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance
  • 5 years of experience with What's Up Gold and Netflow
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Computer Network Operations - Protection Level (PL) 3 high/high solutions utilizing Layer 2 to Layer 7
  • Security+ Certification
  • Experience operating, managing, monitoring, and deploying network security devices and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNP Security and/or CCNA Security certification
  • ITIL certification
  • DMVPN experience
  • Symantec/Blue Coat product certification and experience
