Job Title: CNC Machinist for Prop Production

We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join our team at 4D Escape Trade LLC. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting the creation of props for our escape room productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create parts using 3D software like SolidWorks.
  • Convert designs to G-code using SolidCAM software.
  • Operate the CNC machine to cut and carve parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain a database of parts and G-codes for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and quality of parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machine and report any issues to the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience with large format CNC machines and Fanuc controls.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks and SolidCAM software.
  • Ability to work with various materials, including plywood, MDF, and acrylics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
