Summary: Seeking a Lead Swiss Machinist with extensive experience in programming and setting up Swiss CNC machines, leading teams, and ensuring precise production quality.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience with Swiss CNC machines
Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances
Skilled in first piece and process inspections
Knowledge of various measurement tools for exacting tolerances and dimensions
Understanding of G&M codes
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SolidWorks
CMM experience
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor lesser skilled machinists
Perform quality checks using microscopes, vision systems, and hand inspection tools
Monitor and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines and employees in production
Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and non-conformance
Create and follow production setup sheets and documents
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
