Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Lead Swiss Machinist with extensive experience in programming and setting up Swiss CNC machines, leading teams, and ensuring precise production quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience with Swiss CNC machines

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances

  • Skilled in first piece and process inspections

  • Knowledge of various measurement tools for exacting tolerances and dimensions

  • Understanding of G&M codes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SolidWorks

  • CMM experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor lesser skilled machinists

  • Perform quality checks using microscopes, vision systems, and hand inspection tools

  • Monitor and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines and employees in production

  • Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and non-conformance

  • Create and follow production setup sheets and documents



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
