We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Acute Care Specialist to join our team on our brand-new Medical Acute Care Unit (H3O3) at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This cutting-edge unit features 22 private rooms designed to provide top-tier care for adult patients requiring acute medical intervention.

  • Work with a diverse range of cases, including patients with complex respiratory conditions like pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and those recovering from lung transplants.

Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.
  • Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered. per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program.
  • Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire.
  • Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire.
