Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Eurpac Service, Inc., a leading provider of sales and marketing services to the Military Resale Channel, is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at the Bremerton, Washington commissary.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the sales and merchandising efforts at our commissary locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper call frequency, selling and ensuring proper shelf placement for authorized items, and conducting inventory checks and writing orders for VON related items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned at commissary locations
  • Call on Commissary locations and complete tasks as assigned
  • Maintain proper call frequency
  • Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items utilizing tools provided
  • Fill store shelves with back-stock if opportunities exist
  • Secure display activity and build displays as needed
  • Scan store for missing items via hand-held device and obtain missing distribution
  • Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON related items
  • Meet with each store manager as scheduled by Area Manager
  • Responsible for shelf Management Facings, including Resets, Auto Replenish issues, Pricing, Coupons, and POG Compliance Check
  • Write up/Return 'out of dates' as outlined in specific Manufacturers policies
  • Timely communication to Area Manager utilizing the 'best practice' method outlined by Area Manager
  • Sell promotions as outlined in Convenience Package and as directed by Area Manager and report results to Area Manager
  • Build displays as required
  • Place Point of Sale as directed
  • Report low or out of stock issues to Facility Manager
  • Complete Call reporting procedures technology while in store
  • Other projects/requests as requested or assigned by management
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to lift and move various racks weighing up to 100 lbs. and build displays with up to 40lb case weight.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is $18 per hour for 15 hours per week.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have access to a computer, printer, and smartphone, and be able to download information from websites. Eurpac Service, Inc. maintains a drug-free workplace and requires all employees to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
