Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of Environmental Service Technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and trash removal services.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and health guidelines.
- Operate light, medium, and heavy equipment as needed to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Train and direct the work of Environmental Service Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the manager, including coordinating staff work activities and monitoring attendance and time clock use.
- Assist with special projects and set-ups to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Work with the manager to formulate plans for professional development and attend educational in-services as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of related work experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
