The Transportation Systems Analyst (EI) will play a crucial role in shaping that future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts a variety of engineering calculations and analyses to meet essential design criteria for assigned projects.
  • Collaborates closely with Project Managers on project execution and client engagement.
  • Regularly updates Project Managers on project timelines and permitting status.
  • Organizes, participates in, and documents project and team meetings as required.
  • Facilitates communication with internal and external clients/stakeholders.
  • Assists in identifying technical challenges and developing innovative solutions to enhance project processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinates with clients and review agencies for small to mid-scale transportation initiatives.
  • Guides new Associates in various aspects of project work, client development, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Ensures accurate and timely submissions of project data and time entries.
Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and E.I. certification in the relevant state, or an Associate's Degree/Technical Certification in a related discipline.
Experience:
  • 0-4 years of relevant experience in public and private sector projects, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
Skills:
  • Familiarity with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of effective project execution procedures aimed at developing strong project management skills.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with colleagues, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage deliverables, analytical results, and documentation.
  • Strong writing skills for report generation, proposal development, and cost estimation.
