Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping children and families achieve their goals. As an RBT, you will work closely with a BCBA supervisor to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote skill acquisition and behavior change.

• Deliver Quality ABA Therapy: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide in-home and community-based interventions that cater to the unique needs of each child.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Utilize our state-of-the-art Rethink software to collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions, ensuring accurate records and informed decision-making.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with behavior analysts, coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress).
• RBT Credential or Ability to Obtain: Possess a valid RBT credential or demonstrate willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience Working with Children: Showcase experience working with children, autism, or ABA.
• Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear Background Check and Verifiable References: Ensure a clean level-two background check and provide verifiable professional references.
