ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Holden, MA for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate starting at $18-23+. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and other staff with classroom management and instructional support.
• Work with students requiring behavioral assistance using ABA techniques.
• Support students with special needs in achieving their academic and social goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to assist in implementing educational and behavioral programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
