Job Summary

Palm Medical Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our medical staff in a Medicare Advantage, value-based healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent patient satisfaction.
  • Direct primary care services to patients in the Mansfield, Texas area, ensuring timely and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of healthcare services and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
