Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Competitive hourly rate: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour.
