Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN - Clinical Coordinator to join our Spine OR team at Memorial Hermann Health System. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nursing professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making clinical decisions in the best interest of patients. A strong focus on orthopedic and neuro spine care is essential, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and appropriate care to patients, according to the nursing skills inventory and age and needs of the patient/population served.
  • Coordinate treatment plans and develop/discharge transfer plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
