The Facilitator is expected to embody the Core Values of Cumberland Farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates closely with Location Management to guarantee the prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of merchandise.
  • Observes and evaluates the productivity and accuracy of team members.
  • Assigns specific responsibilities to all team members.
  • Mentors and trains team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for future opportunities.
  • Undertakes additional duties as assigned by Management and must be trained and certified to operate mechanical equipment.
  • Ensures adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintains assigned equipment and work areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
  • Implements and enforces all Cumberland Farms policies and procedures.
  • Performs additional tasks as directed by Location Management.
  • Conducts cleaning and organizing tasks such as trash removal, clearing aisles, and disposing of broken pallets.
Working Relationships: This role involves close collaboration with DC Team members, DC Coaches, FSS, DC Support teams, and BSC.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Education: Associate's Degree

Minimum Experience: 2-5 years in a fast-paced management role (experience in a Distribution Center is preferred).

Preferred Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a Distribution Center.

Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Soft Skills: Demonstrated team-building abilities, capacity to build rapport and trust with others, experience and willingness to mentor and coach, adeptness in resolving interpersonal conflicts among team members, optimistic approach to change, and quick adaptability to evolving work environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues; creative problem-solving abilities; basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements:

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and balance for extended periods. Capability to lift, lower, push, pull, and carry cases and totes weighing up to 60 lbs. over the head.

Travel: None

Work Hours & Conditions: Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings, nights, long shifts, and holidays. Flexibility to adapt schedule according to the changing demands of the warehouse. Exposure to vibrations, dust, dirt, noise, fumes, and chemicals. Working in temperature extremes (ranging from 100° Fahrenheit to -20° Fahrenheit). Compliance with all company policies and procedures is mandatory. Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same, is required.
