Electrical Motor Assembler
Aerotek is seeking an experienced Electrical Motor Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly of new and returned submersible electric motor-driven pumps and pump products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pulling parts, assembling pumps, performing performance testing, preparing products for shipment, processing paperwork, maintaining serial number and production logs, modifying parts as needed, and any additional duties required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical manufacturing experience (3-5 years)
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Experience with manufacturing assembly
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to hit the ground running with limited training
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Effective communication

Additional Benefits
Aerotek offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
