Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and determines the nature of their visit, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to the service consultant.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, providing clear and concise information.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Assists customers with loaner vehicles, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual, or taking thorough messages when necessary.
  • Schedules service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assists with dealership duties as requested, providing support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 19 years old.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background check, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
