We are looking for a Cardiac Recovery RN to join our healthcare team.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
You will proactively take responsibility and accountability for several patients during a designated timeframe while adhering to policies and procedures.
You will collaborate with a remarkable team that treats each other like family and works together in a cooperative manner.In this role, you will:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and execute physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
- Associate Degree.
