Aon is seeking a skilled professional to support our Reinsurance Solutions team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support brokers on daily, renewal, and tender preparation, including communication with reinsurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Input data into GRIDs system and e-filing after closing one round of treaty/facultative renewal.
  • Prepare required documents, such as infopacks, draft slips, quote sheets, market placement sheets, and special acceptances.
  • Develop networking within the insurance market through daily activities, attending market seminars, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze submitted data, market, and external data to inform business decisions.
  • Raise internal approvals and requests for the benefit of client accounts.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Familiar with working with numbers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners.
  • Able to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a high-intensity and fast-paced multinational environment.
