Senior Client Services Executive, Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Executive to join our Reinsurance business in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in the claims management process.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet all role SLA's related to Claims data analysis, accuracy, reporting, and turnaround time in tandem with contract terms.
- Process Treaty and FAC claims as directed, including new loss, update loss, paid loss, recovery, and claim closure.
- Analyze and review basic coverage issues and flag important reinsurance conditions to Business Partners.
- Communicate and manage internal and external client expectations.
- Build Business Partner relationships in tandem with Client Relationship Manager, working as one Client Team.
- Report major/large losses and escalate queries as required to Client Relationship Manager and Team Leader.
- Service Business Partners as required, including liaising on status of open claims and approval updates.
- Support market meetings for specific claims and Claims Negotiation and Settlement of Claims.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
- Engage with Credit Control colleagues for efficient collection of balances.
- Engage with Regional Client Services team to ensure alignment to Global Standardization and Best Practices.
- Manage stakeholders through presentation of facts and data and relationship building.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Business travel as required.
- Degree or equivalent experience required, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Math, or related field.
- Preferably 4 years of experience in the Claims area within the insurance or reinsurance industry (Minimum 2 years).
- Working knowledge of MS office suite of products.
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a high-intensity and fast-paced multinational environment.
- Excellent English (written, verbal) and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Functional knowledge and understanding of claims management, the market, and legal and regulatory environment.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative team player.
- Negotiation and Project Management Skills.
