  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive clinical education to customers to increase product utilization and grow the customer base.
  • Train new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects of the TEG line, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers in assigned hospital accounts to provide clinical expertise and ensure TEG meets the standard of care within the account.
  • Offer onsite support for new TEG customers, providing them with the necessary training and resources to get started.
  • Resolve customer concerns and partner with the sales team to find solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through various educational opportunities, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for customers, showcasing the benefits and value of the TEG line.
  • Promote the use of TEG over competition in existing accounts, highlighting its unique features and advantages.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to drive business expansion, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to achieve growth.
  • Provide support to clinicians in utilizing TEG in various specialties, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  • Assist in tradeshow support at regional and national levels, showcasing the TEG line and its capabilities to a wider audience.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing, or Medical Technology.
  • Preferably 3 years of industry-related experience, specifically in diagnostics.
  • Clinical or industry experience in a hospital/OR setting.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage others effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical/clinical aptitude.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role ranges from $64,512.00 to $106,496.00 annually. In addition to competitive pay, Haemonetics offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees.
