Role Overview:

Crescent City Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive the growth and success of our GYN Oncology sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with Gynecologic Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other key providers across the care continuum within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of business performance, including sales activities, account acquisition, customer retention, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts.
  • Understand payer and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new patients, enhancing user engagement, and expanding accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist and other internal teams to manage renewals, resolve issues, and oversee financial performance.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with the Medical team.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales with proven results.
  • Familiarity with the GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, and strong communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of oncology and healthcare industry trends.
  • Expertise in oncology clinical and medical aspects.
  • Commitment to customer service, quality patient care, and ethical business practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare business principles, medical oncology, pathology, molecular diagnostics, and the oncology patient journey.
