Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for providing telephone and in-person advice and education to patients. This role requires a high level of nursing skill, judgment, and knowledge of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences. The successful candidate will be able to make informed decisions based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient interventions and maintain accurate records
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers
  • Experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN state license
  • Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in speaking and writing
  • Ability to recognize and direct information to the appropriate healthcare provider
  • Computer skills, including word processing and efficient use of the Internet and email
  • Current CPR card, health certificate, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include sitting, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 30 pounds.
