**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA to join our team in a PRN position at our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care services, including:

  • Conducting physical therapy treatments and exercises to help patients achieve their functional goals
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting independence
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

**What We Offer**
