Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in transit systems to support the planning and design of public transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in rail transit projects and demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Serve in a technical capacity under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Supervise the work of Entry-Level Engineers and Junior Project Engineers.
- Manage project tasks from feasibility studies to final design and construction oversight.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation design, specifically in railroad projects.
- Familiarity with InRail/InRoads platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience in rail or transportation design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRail Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with MS Office software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
