Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including design, grading, stormwater management, drainage, erosion control, and sewer design.
  • Utilize Civil 3D software to create detailed, accurate designs and models.
  • Oversee the permitting process, ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained and regulations are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site inspections and analyze data to plan and design projects.
  • Prepare and implement project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, providing solutions when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a recent focus on project management.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
  • Extensive knowledge of grading, stormwater management, drainage, erosion control, and sewer design.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
