We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our team at Confluence Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to benefits inquiries and provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on various human resource issues.
- Lead new-hire orientations, assist with annual enrollment, and enroll employees with carriers during life status changes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and data entry of information from multiple sources and maintain documentation support.
- Maintain and develop new and existing relationships with benefit vendors to ensure elections, processes, and inquiries are completed in an efficient manner.
- Generate benefit and employee reports utilizing HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Help develop standard work, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Administer the tuition assistance benefit program and provide critical data for program design changes.
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy.
- Experience in Human Resources/Office Administration or related degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a general office setting position.
