- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and related documentation, with a strong understanding of dimensional calculations and fundamental machining concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, shop mathematics, and punch press operation, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform various manual tasks for extended periods, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
- Experience in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle challenging situations professionally, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
