Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or tooling environment, with a strong background in CNC programming and operations.
  • High School Diploma or GED; CNC Programming or relevant technical training is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and related documentation, with a strong understanding of dimensional calculations and fundamental machining concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, shop mathematics, and punch press operation, with a strong attention to detail.
