Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
  • Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
  • Issue ticket stubs, or place numbered tags on windshields, and give guests matching tags for locating parked vehicles.
  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
  • Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program, which includes implementing programs that conserve resources and prevent waste.
  • Partner with fellow team members to close the venue at the end of events, which may include collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • One year of previous guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear, and concise fashion.
  • Constant walking and occasional sitting are required.
  • A well-groomed appearance is expected.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
