The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for guiding all personnel to ensure that care standards are upheld and that the highest quality of resident care is consistently delivered. This role requires functioning as a team member, leader, and supervisor to facilitate the achievement of goals and the provision of quality care, while also supporting team members and celebrating collective successes. The Chief Executive Officer holds the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operations and financial performance of the center.

Qualified candidates must possess:
  • Compliance with all West Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
  • A valid LNHA license in the State of West Virginia.
  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible management experience, including completion of an AIT internship.
  • Strong management and operational capabilities.
  • Proficient mathematical and budgetary skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
