Dietitian Nutritionist Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, as well as assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

- Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation.
- Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities.
- Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.

Qualifications

- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
