Chief Medical Officer

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to $439,000, with the potential for bonus pay up to $502,000. Additionally, we provide yearly performance-based pay increases of up to 7%.
Our relocation package includes $30,000, plus additional support as needed. We also offer a sign-on bonus of 10-15% of the base salary, negotiable. Furthermore, we provide a retention bonus of 10% of the annual salary at the 2-year mark.
Our educational assistance program includes support for ISH, NHSC, and AK Sharp Program. We also offer 6.5 weeks of paid time off annually, plus 400 hours that can be carried over or paid out if not used. Additionally, we provide 13 paid holidays and $5,000 for CME, plus 5 days off.
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with a 4% match, 4% discretionary match after 2 years of employment, and 457(b) Deferred Compensation. We also offer on-site employee childcare, education leave program, and wellness leave of 1 hour per week for wellness activities during the workday.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsThis position will be 50% clinical and 50% administrative, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the provider's needs. We offer Monday-Friday, 8-hour days with no after-hours work required.
The clinical oversight responsibilities include Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women's Substance Use Residential Services. The provider will also be responsible for integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming, and supporting development/identification of EHR.
Qualifications and SkillsWe are seeking a qualified candidate with a B/C or B/E degree and medical director experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
