EDI Onboarding Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Onboarding Supervisor to join our Group Protection Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.
- Establishing and implementing individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
- Providing training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and giving honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
- Managing and evaluating individual/team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
- Ensuring that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
