Your Role
A Real Estate Consultant plays a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions.

This dynamic industry is ever-changing, and we seek individuals who are innovative, passionate, and eager to think creatively to provide clients with exceptional real estate experiences.


As a Junior Real Estate Consultant, you will excel if you enjoy devising unique strategies to distinguish yourself in a competitive market.

This is an entry-level position, and no prior real estate experience is necessary. We will equip you with the training and resources to become a successful consultant.

Real estate offers significant independence, making this role a great fit for self-motivated individuals who appreciate flexibility.

In this position, you will:

  • Assist clients in preparing their properties for the market.
  • Guide clients through the home search process by attending showings and open houses.
  • Negotiate sales and purchases to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Become knowledgeable about your local real estate market and stay updated on recent transactions.
  • Create distinctive marketing materials to promote your real estate services.
  • Advise clients on effective staging and selling strategies to maximize profit.

While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before officially starting the role. To acquire a real estate license, you will need to complete accredited real estate courses and pass a state licensing exam.
