SALARY RANGE: $46,000 - $58,000 per year + bonus potential

WORK LOCATION: Remote flexibility available

SHIFT: 5 days a week (flexibility required for some nights/weekends)

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Social Media & Experiential Marketing Specialist will manage consumer engagement through event execution and digital media interactions. This role involves planning and implementing brand activations across various brewery events. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and fostering consumer interaction. This position is integral to the marketing strategy, focusing on delivering coherent messaging to consumers. Responsibilities include setting performance targets, tracking outcomes, and reporting results. Collaboration with external partners, departmental leaders, and sales teams is essential to define event and social media objectives. The Specialist will also manage activation budgets and ensure program effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Experiential Manager in maintaining the brand experience calendar.
  • Design captivating consumer experiences and content that drive sales for Brewers Collective products.
  • Contribute to the formulation of activation and social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage daily consumer communications through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of events, digital experiences, and social media voice with the company’s culture and objectives.
  • Establish performance goals for events and social media, monitor progress, and provide insights for future enhancements.
  • Identify and apply marketing trends to social media and in-market events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing, social media, or a related field, with a solid understanding of event management and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent social media and consumer engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with cameras and video recording equipment is essential.
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Experience in marketing within the beverage, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that include sitting, standing, walking, bending, and light lifting.
  • Must be able to set up event materials and lift up to 30lbs.
  • Availability for regular nights and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated market area.
  • Must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be capable of operating company vehicles.
