The Staff Digital Delivery Specialist will perform all aspects of digital project delivery, including project setup, model file setup, digital project setup, project access, cloud services, digital procurement, and miscellaneous support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and collaborate on critical digital delivery initiatives.
  • Perform tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
  • Perform Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
  • Perform digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify clash detection and follow reporting and resolution process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program and 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs.
  • Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.
  • Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
