About the Job

We are seeking a Radiology Compliance Officer to join our team at Radiology Associates of Ocala. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compliance program, ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team of radiologists, technologists, and managers to ensure the highest level of care and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members on compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
