Job Summary:
  • C coordinate and schedule patient exams with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, radiologists, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve scheduling processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one-year experience in medical office administration or call center environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
