We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cognitive Behavior Coach to join our team at Brain Balance of Mequon. As a leader in the field of brain training, we are dedicated to helping children overcome challenges such as Autism, ADHD, and Processing Disorders.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Coach to work with children in their homes, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. As a Cognitive Behavior Coach, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans to address each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to children in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to address each child's unique needs
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Use evidence-based techniques to help children overcome challenges and achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with Autism/ASD
  • Experience working with children ages 4-18
  • Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Confident dealing with difficult behaviors
  • Knowledgeable in behavior management techniques
  • Patient and kind towards children with special needs
  • Team player
  • Outgoing/enthusiastic and confident personality
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
  • The ability to multitask
