About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cognitive Behavior Coach to join our team at Brain Balance of Mequon. As a Cognitive Behavior Coach, you will work with children with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive students through our program, utilizing sensory motor and cognitive techniques to stimulate brain development and create profound change.
  • Work with children who have disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, ODD, Dyslexia, and Processing Disorders.
  • Collaborate with another Cognitive Behavioral Coach to provide in-home coaching services.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with Autism/ASD.
  • Knowledgeable in behavior management techniques.
  • Patient and kind towards children with special needs.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
